1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hyphentalentagency.com (the “Site”), operated by HYPHEN Talent Agency (“HYPHEN,” “we,” “us”), a talent agency based in Miami, Florida. By using the Site, submitting a booking inquiry, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a binding engagement. All bookings are confirmed only by a written agreement signed by HYPHEN. Quotes are estimates until confirmed and may vary with date, location, set length, and production requirements.

3. Email & SMS communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or opting in on the Site, you expressly consent to receive marketing emails from HYPHEN. If you provide a mobile number and check the opt-in box, you additionally consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g. artist news, show announcements, presales) from HYPHEN at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.059).

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Email unsubscribe links are included in every marketing email. Opt-out requests are honored within ten (10) business days.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photography, artist images, logos, and marks, is owned by HYPHEN or its artists and licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Artist images may not be used for promotion of any event without a confirmed booking.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false inquiries, scrape content, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPHEN disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
